Rewards Emails

 

To add exciting new visuals to its rewards program pilot, Wells Fargo sough a new email template system that would stand out from previous campaigns. I worked closely with UX and design teams to create differentiated templates, which paved the way for redesigning the digital group’s entire email strategy.

With the knowledge that most customers opened these types of emails on their phones, I championed a mobile-first design strategy. I also transitioned the limited range of existing templates to a fully customizable module system, taking email personalization to the next level. In fact, nearly all emails sent by Wells Fargo now use this new system.
